Job Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors' capacity planning and delivery commitments.
• Monitor and drive subcontractors to achieve planning KPIs.
• Coordinate outsourcing plans and capacity allocation with internal and global stakeholders.
• Analyze capacity constraints, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies.
• Maintain and update capacity planning data in the planning system.
• Lead loading rationalization and cost optimization initiatives.
• Manage subcontractor relationships and resolve capacity-related escalations.
• Support supply chain improvement projects to enhance planning effectiveness and efficiency.
• Monitor demand trends, forecast alignment, and capacity utilization.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, or Subcontractor Management.
• Strong experience in subcontractor/vendor management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
