• Manage a team of technicians, including assigning tasks, setting objectives, and ensuring the timely completion of projects.

• Ensure the safety, discipline, and adherence to company policies among the technical team.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, machinery, or systems.
• Solve complex technical problems and act as the primary point of contact for any technical issues that arise.
• Ensure the implementation of preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
• Plan and coordinate technical projects, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and deadlines are met.
• Monitor project progress, provide technical support, and resolve any roadblocks.
• Oversee the technical budget and ensure that resources are used effectively.
• Ensure proper inventory management of tools, equipment, and parts.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, safety regulations, and company policies in all technical operations.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment conditions.
• Recommend improvements in technical processes or systems to increase efficiency, reduce costs, or improve safety.
