Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and calibrate medical equipment and devices according to manufacturer specifications and company guidelines.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and safety checks on medical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair medical equipment to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with safety standards.
• Provide technical support and training to healthcare staff on the proper use and maintenance of medical equipment.
• Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and reports of all maintenance and repair activities.
• Perform in-house inspection for all medical device
• Use company property with care to ensure optimal results with minimal operational costs
• Ensure no back-log of service repairs/ faulty units returned by customers
• Able to support on-site commissioning, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of equipment
• Responsible to ensure timely completion of assigned job
• Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to address client needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage the storage, inventory, and organization of medical equipment, ensuring proper handling and safekeeping.
• Be ready to lend a helping hand in other sales support activities as assigned
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical technology and equipment. Qualifications:
• Diploma/ Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in medical equipment service and repair.
• Recent graduates with relevant diploma/degrees are welcome to apply.
• Strong technical knowledge of medical devices and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various healthcare facilities as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
