Job Overview:

As a Customer Experience Executive, your main role is to ensure customers have a great experience. You'll handle people from all walks of life, and make our service better. You need strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. A diploma or degree in a healthcare, communications or science-related field.

2. Experience working with customer service is an advantage

3. Possess writing and speaking proficiency in English and Malay; additional languages will be an advantage.

4. Proficiency working on a computer and phone.

5. Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends/public holidays if required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the first point of contact for customers reaching out via various channels (calls, emails, online platforms, Google Reviews, etc.).

2. Manage and respond to customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints promptly, professionally, and empathetically, in accordance with internal SOPs and service KPIs.

3. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. outlet teams, Doctors, Pharmacists) to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

4. Monitor, track, and complete task in reporting systems.

5. Assist in handling sensitive cases such as prescription errors, product quality issues, and healthcare service dissatisfaction with accuracy and care.

6. Participate in quality audits, service improvement initiatives, and customer satisfaction surveys.

7. Maintain accurate service records and escalate complex cases to management when necessary.

8. Support the development and implementation of customer service SOPs and training content.

9. Uphold customer data confidentiality and ensure compliance with relevant healthcare and pharmacy regulations.

10. Able to work on shift and weekends by rotation (working offshore/working from home).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
