Jawatan Kosong SUPERVISOR KUALITI CHECK in Seremban

Pemeriksaan Kualiti Produk:

• Memastikan setiap produk siap telah diperiksa mengikut standard yang ditetapkan.
• Menyemak dan mengesahkan bahawa tiada produk cacat yang dihantar.

Pengesahan Kuantiti Barang:

• Menyemak jumlah unit/barang dalam setiap penghantaran agar betul mengikut arahan atau invoice pelanggan.
• Memastikan semua item yang dimasukkan dalam bungkusan adalah lengkap dan tepat.
• Bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya jika berlaku kesilapan kuantiti semasa penghantaran.

Penyediaan SOP & Pelan Tindakan Disiplin:

• Menyediakan SOP lengkap untuk proses pemeriksaan kualiti dan pengesahan kuantiti sebelum penghantaran.
• Menyediakan senarai kesalahan berkaitan kecuaian kerja (contoh: salah kira, abaikan QC).
• Mengambil tindakan tatatertib terhadap staf yang melanggar prosedur.

Latihan & Bimbingan Staff QC:

• Memberi latihan dan tunjuk ajar kepada staf QC dan packing berkaitan pemeriksaan produk dan kuantiti.
• Memastikan setiap staf tahu prosedur semasa packing dan penghantaran.

Audit & Laporan QC:

• Menyediakan laporan kesilapan yang berlaku (jika ada), tindakan yang telah diambil dan langkah pencegahan.
• Menjalankan audit berkala ke atas proses QC dan packing untuk elak kesilapan berulang.

Kerjasama Antara Jabatan:

• Berkomunikasi dengan bahagian pengeluaran dan logistik untuk penyelarasan kualiti & penghantaran.
• Menjadi orang tengah jika ada aduan daripada pelanggan berkaitan kualiti atau kuantiti barang.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
