Jawatan Kosong PEMBANTU AKAUN /EKSEKUTIF AKAUN in Seremban

Kami menawarkan kekosongan jawatan di Cawangan Sendayan Seremban

Tugasan:

1. Mempunyai pengalaman sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang berkaitan perakaunan.

2. Menyediakan dan merekod transaksi akaun. (fullset/profit & loss).

3. Berpegalaman dengan urusan tax/cukai, company secretary, audit dan boleh membuat kerja pentadbiran.

4. Melakukan tugas-tugas pentadbiran seperti filling, mengeluarkan invois, surat menyurat, mengurus belian syarikat dan dokumen berkaitan seperti yang diarahkan dari masa ke semasa.

5. Menguruskan transaksi jualan, bank dan petty cash.

6. Mahir menggunakan aplikasi komputer (microsoft office - word, excell & powerpoint) dan perisian perakaunan yang berkaitan.

7. Menyediakan laporan kepada pihak pengurusan.

8. Melakukan tugasan luar seperti yang diminta oleh pihak atasan seperti membayar bil atau pergi ke bank, pejabat pos.

9. Menerima tugasan dari masa ke semasa mengikut arahan dari pihak atasan.

10. Boleh bekerja dalam kumpulan, bekerjasama dan tolak ansur.

Syarat-syarat:

1. Minima Diploma Akaun

2. Tepati masa dan amanah

3. Mempunyai kenderaan sendiri

4. Sihat Tubuh Badan dan Cergas

5. Berdisiplin, Sopan dan Rajin

6. Bersungguh untuk bekerja dan memajukan diri sendiri
