Description
Primary Objective:

• Carry out dealing functions to meet business targets set while assisting in the full spectrum of Retail Securities activities. Fuctions and activities include marketing, dealing and executing trades in local & foreign markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dealing and execution of trades for local and foreign retail equities broking business.
• Carry out sales & marketing activities to acquire new clients.
• Manage client's potfolio by providing market updates and maintaining good relationship with existing clients.
• Promote and cross sell Bank's related products to clients.
• Participate in all marketing and promotional activities conducted by branch management and to ensure smooth execution of the event.
• Reviewing clients' credit limit and ensuring the limit is given based on collateral and financial standing and track record of clients (new and existing to minimize contra losses and impove risk management within the team.
• To take reasonable steps to learn, know and obtain pertinent fact about their clients' backgrounds (e.g. client's investment objectives, financial background, source of funds. etc) to comply with rules and regulations as set out by Securities Commission, Bursa malaysia, Bank Negra Malaysia and any other governing bodies relevant to the stockbroking industry.

Requirements Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).

• Candidates with knowledge / experience in securities industry will have an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good contact network.
