About Us
We are a fast-growing British-inspired seafood restaurant in Ampang. All our dishes are made from scratch with high-quality ingredients, and we are looking for a passionate Chef De Partie to join our team and support the Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare dishes during service (sauté, deep-fry, etc.)
• Assist in food prep and production – scratch cooking
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organisation
• Follow SOPs and food safety standards
• Support with basic kitchen paperwork and inventory tasks
• Work closely with Head Chef and team to ensure consistency and quality

Requirements

• 5 years kitchen experience (hotel/restaurant preferred)
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Punctual, disciplined, and professional attitude
• Able to work efficiently under pressure and long hours
• Experience with deep-frying and sauté cooking methods
• Team player with good communication skills
• Able to work weekends/public holidays, physically fit for long shifts
• English & Bahasa Melayu communication skills
• Fresh graduates or SPM school leavers encouraged to apply
• Culinary diploma is an advantage
