We are looking for a Warehouse Administration Executive to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. This role will be overseeing the day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities such as receiving storage goods and managing inventory levels
• Oversee the receiving of goods, ensuring that they are checked for quality and quantity
• Manage the dispatch of orders to ensure they are delivered on time.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule and track shipments.
• Organize and maintain warehouse lay-out for optimal space utilization.
• Implement and enforce safety standards and procedures to create a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions.
• Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels and order fulfillment.
• Work closely with finance team to ensure accurate costing and budget management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Higher Diploma in Logistics or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good written and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Possess a positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn
• Possess knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
