Job Summary :

Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right products, ensuring exceptional customer service is consistently provided.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum SPM qualification; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• 1-2 years of retail experience is a plus
• Friendly, courteous, and self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A warm, engaging personality with a customer-focused approach
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Job Responsibilities :

• Greet customers warmly and resolve inquiries efficiently to provide exceptional care and support daily dispensary operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and highly presentable storefront to ensure an inviting and professional retail environment.
• Monitor stock levels and manage inventory actively to optimize product turnover and prevent shortages.
• Process sales transactions and handle payments accurately while maintaining strict cash drawer integrity.
• Participate regularly in training programs to upgrade clinical and operational skills continuously.
