Position Title:

Dispatch & Field Support Assistant

Job Description:

The Dispatch & Field Support Assistant is responsible for handling day-to-day operational support tasks involving deliveries, collections, and basic on-site servicing for vending machine operations. This role requires mobility, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple ad-hoc assignments efficiently using a motorbike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning of cups and general upkeep at vending machine locations
• Clean vending machines to ensure hygiene and proper presentation
• Wash and maintain storage boxes used for operations and logistics
• Take clear site photos for deployment, reporting, and documentation purposes
• Collect ingredient samples from suppliers as required
• Handle collection and delivery of items such as credit card modules, documents, and other equipment
• Transport items between HQ, warehouse, and other designated locations
• Assist in vending machine deployment support tasks when needed
• Carry out any additional ad-hoc duties assigned by the team or management

Requirements:

• Must own a motorbike and possess a valid driving license
• Familiar with local routes and able to travel between multiple locations
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
• Basic communication skills for coordination with HQ, warehouse, and suppliers
• Physically fit to handle light lifting and movement of items

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Petaling Jaya
