• Responsible for servicing customers' delivery, packing, and shipping.
• Responsible for receiving customers' orders and within 5 minutes to arrange dispatchers pick up.
• Responsible for assisting the Drop Point supervisor with Daily reports and monthly reports.
• Responsible for assisting Drop Point Leader with attendance records and reports.
• Other ad-hoc duties & responsibilities as and when required.

Requirements:

• Independent working ability, careful and patient
• Positive attitude and good service to customers
