Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree or equivalent in Corporate Administration/Business Administration
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist the company secretary to provide secretarial services to clients
• Prepare the relevant documents such as resolutions, company statutory forms, minutes, and all other documents as requested by the clients from time to time.
• Prepare and draft emails, letters, notice, minutes and others.
• Maintain relevant databases, client records, and other documents as required
