Kaniza Shafie Architect is seeking a Draughtsman to be part of our project team, with responsibilities focused on the handover and close-out stage of a current project, alongside involvement in other ongoing projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare working drawings, construction details, detailed drawings, and tender drawings for submission.
• Assist in design projects from concept development through to completion, including proposal preparation and presentation.
• Revise and adjust drawings and designs to meet client requirements and consultant instructions.
• Attend meetings with clients to understand project needs and design requirements.
• Ensure all drawings and designs comply with safety standards, local planning regulations, and building requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Architects, Engineers, Consultants, and other construction professionals.
• Support documentation for project progress, handover, and close-out stages as required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENT

• Diploma or Certificate in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in architectural or construction projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of building regulations and construction detailing.
• Good communication skills, detail-oriented, organised, and able to work collaboratively within a project team.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
