CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EXECUTIVE (E-HAILING PLATFORM)

Kuala Lumpur / Selangor applicants welcome

Work Location: Iskandar Puteri (JOHOR)

Salary: RM3,200 – RM4,000

Job Scope:

• Handle customer enquiries via inbound calls
• Assist with booking, complaints, and service issues
• Provide accurate information and solutions
• Update customer records in system
• Escalate cases when necessary

Requirements:

• Good communication in English
• Able to speak Mandarin is an advantage
• Basic computer skills
• Willing to work shifts
