Job Title: Operation Manager

Job Description

• To oversee and manage the logistical aspects of transportation and guide arrangement.
• Assist in coordinating and supervising the activities of drivers and guides.
• Keep track of vehicle availability and ensure that there are enough vehicles to accommodate the transportation needs of tourists.
• Assist in managing the transportation fleet, which include buses, vans, or other vehicles used for transportation.
• Schedule vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure their safety, cleanliness, and proper functioning.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, permits, and licensing requirements specific.
• Collaborate with the operations team, tour guides, and other stakeholders (if any) to ensure seamless coordination between transportation and the activities.
• Work collaboratively with the operations team, guides, and other departments involved in the operations to ensure seamless coordination between transportation
• Handle administrative tasks, including record-keeping, data entry, and report.
• Assist in interviewing, recruiting, training, performance evaluation, promotion and termination activities
