Jebsen & Jessen Packaging Sdn Bhd Job Vacancies September 2026

Job Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders and co-ordinate operations to ensure that orders are delivered on time.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding order with customers.
• Manage customer's feedback , communicating them to relevant department /personnel and follow-up closely to ensure that agreed action are taken and deadlines are met.
• Liaise with planner to fulfill customers' needs.
• Responsible for inventory level of customers under their charge.
• Process purchase orders ensuring buying prices are correct.
• Work with the sales team to meet desired stocking levels, inventory turnover days, absolute stocks provision, and other management targets.
• Ensure all manual D/Os are updated into the system on the following day.
• Coordinate export shipment.
• Ensure proper billing for all completed deliveries within the targeted 2 days.
• Resolve any billing, documentation or sales credit problem speedily.

Job Requirements:

• Monitor and follow up on outstanding
• Candidate must possess a Diploma/Degree in related discipline
• Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
• Customer-service oriented and able to maintain good customer relationship
• Candidate must be willing to work in 12hrs shift.
