n your new role you will: R

• esponsible to execute Purchasing functions in compliance with global initiatives, standard procurement processes, procedures and policies C
• ontribute actively to the Global Indirect Purchasing activities in supporting non-production site entities covering APAC region and supporting Singapore site requirements M
• anage the sourcing and procurement scope of indirect commodities related to Consulting (small sites) , IT (small sites), R&D (IFVN),temporary labor services, site services (indirect), leasing etc L
• ead sourcing activities to achieve total cost of ownership (TCO) as well as negotiate for the best terms and conditions to accomplish cost effectiveness, delivery, and quality target through collaboration with stakeholder(s) D
• rive the RFP activities and manage competitive bidding processes, define evaluation criteria, identify and select suppliers, execute the evaluation process, refine and validate sourcing and purchasing options, manage buy-in of key stakeholders L
• ead and execute negotiations for commercial contracts in APAC region in alignment with individual site facility needs to secure favorable terms and conditions terms to ensure that portfolio has consistent information and renewals or termination due date are under control T
• rack KPI and performance (supplier cost, delivery, and quality performance) and develop actions to drive target achievement D
• rive Suppliers evaluation and manage claims management C
• ontinually look for ways to exceed customer’s expectations, increase efficiency, implement better processes and achieve cost savings globally

ou are best equipped for this task if you have: B

• achelor Degree in Business Management or Supply Chain Management or a related field R
• elevant experience in SAP, Ariba or other tools is preferred W
• ith 5 to 8 years or more experience in the Indirect Procurement E
• xercises judgment to negotiate and execute goods and/or services contracts that balance user needs with budget and market constraints A
• nalyzes financial, operational, and subjective user feedback data to determine effectiveness of supplier provided goods and services A
• nalyze and solve problems (Gathers relevant information systematically) I
