REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree in administration/management, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication),Computer Science / Information Technology.
  • Strong computer literacy skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Multi-tasking & ability to work independently and as part of a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a liaison to assist the IT Officer in identifying and addressing various inquiries and issues from other departments.
  • Assist HOD in develop,update filling systems to ensure proper maintenance, organization, and proper of documentation according to ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System.
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office including HR task.
  • Assist HOD liaising with government department / agencies.
  • Assist in coordinating company’s events and meetings.
  • Responsible for subcontractor’s registration and monitoring security department.
  • Handle correspondence, including memos,emails and phone calls, in a professional and timely manner.
  • Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
