Responsibilities:

• Host engaging live-streaming sessions on TikTok, fostering real-time interaction with viewers.
• Develop and present unique, creative content that aligns with brand objectives and resonates with the target audience.
• Maintain high energy levels and a positive, relatable presence throughout the live session.
• Respond to viewer comments and questions in an interactive and professional manner.
• Promote products or services, if applicable, through live streams in a natural and engaging way.
• Coordinate with content and marketing teams to plan and execute live-stream topics, promotions, and collaborations.
• Monitor analytics post-stream to assess performance metrics like viewer count, watch time, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Stay updated on TikTok trends and integrate popular challenges, music, and memes into the content strategy.
• Ensure compliance with platform guidelines to prevent penalties or content bans.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience hosting live content on TikTok or similar social media platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse audiences.
• High level of creativity with a good understanding of social media culture and trends.
• Adaptable and quick-thinking, able to handle live questions and technical glitches smoothly.
