Jawatan Kosong DENTAL SURGERY ASSISTANT in Bayan Lepas

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our growing dental team. This role includes both clinical and administrative duties, with a strong emphasis on patient care and infection control.

Clinical Duties:

• Prepare treatment rooms and dental instruments for procedures.
• Assist the dentist during various dental procedures.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment.
• Maintain infection control standards throughout the clinic.
• Take patient vitals and update medical histories.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-op care, and treatment plans.
• Maintain cleanliness of clinic.

Administrative Duties:

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Follow up with patients as needed
• Record patient information accurately in the dental software system.
• Handle billing, payments, and insurance claims (if applicable).
• Maintain inventory of dental supplies and request stock as needed.
• Create and manage engaging contents through practice's social media platforms

Preferred Qualities:

• Minimum SPM qualifications with or without experience
• Basic computer skills
• Language: English, malay, chinese (preferred)
