Etagreen Biomass Energy Sdn Bhd Job Vacancies Ogos 2026

Job Descriptions:

• Establish & maintain best practice of maintenance procedures for maintenance technician based on manufacturers’ recommended maintenance procedures covering all main and auxiliary plant and equipment.
• Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise and review the work of staff involved in a variety of engineering tasks related to the operations and maintenance of generation equipment.
• Develop long-term maintenance schedules; oversee the work of outside contractors and consultants in the repair and maintenance of the power plant.
• Maintain and operate plant specific optimization modeling program to analyze the output and efficiency of the plant; model specific systems and recommend design or procedural changes to improve the efficiency of the plant.
• Establish and monitor plant project performance report and annual spare part budget.
• Review operating, startup and shutdown procedures and data and identify areas in need of modification or improvement.
• Ensure compliance to Health& Safety procedures as require by FMA/DOSH/EC.
• Reporting direct to the Plant Manager and plans, directs, and coordinates activities concerned with design, construction, modification, and maintenance of equipment and machinery in industrial plant.
• Maintain Standard Operating Procedures [SOP] for all equipment based on manufacturers’ recommended operating procedures covering all main and auxiliary plant and equipment.
• Establishes standards and policies for installation, modification, quality control, testing, operating procedure, inspection, and maintenance of equipment, according to engineering principles and safety regulations.
• Supervise maintenance technician (welder, fitter etc.) to minimize downtime and increase efficiencies throughout the plant.
• Maintain the building and ground to provide a professional grade working environment.
• Determine training requirements and prepare training plans.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
