Job Description

1. To diagnose, plan and manage individual and group physiotherapy sessions.

2. To schedule and give daily physiotherapy to facility residents / home patients individually and in group at minimum 45 mins to maximum 60 mins

3. To check and record vital signs of facility residents / home patients before & after physiotherapy

4. To ensure and priorities safety of facility residents / home patients, at all times

5. To ensure and always check equipment’s condition and supervise usage for safety of facility residents/ home patients

6. To ensure cleanliness and maintenance of equipment

7. Any emergency case shall be attended to immediately and reported to Management as soon as possible

8. Conducting therapeutic exercises with patient

9. Helping Patient recover from accident, Illness or injury

10. To review patient progress

11. Reports directly to Chief Nursing Officer for updates and movement pertaining to medical services

12. To communicate directly with nursing team

13. Ensure all physio process documentation are up to date

14. Ensure effective communication with all medical team and caregivers

15.To fill in physio assessment form, and all the progress notes for each patient, when assigned to do assessment on patients

16. To note reviews of patients – in-patients and outpatients

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
