Jawatan Kosong HR Non-Executive in Labuan

HR Non-Executive

Preferably Labuan / Sabah / Sarawak Candidates

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for all permanent employees and fixed manpower, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
• Process weekly payroll for freelance employee.
• Assist with resolution of payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
• Inputting data entry in HR software applications or databases in terms of HR documents and data.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with HR on other related administrative tasks as needed.
• Work closely with operation department to facilitate communication and ensure accurate payroll processing.

Candidate must possess at least:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or any related field
• Good understanding of HR processes and practices
• Proven experience and good knowledge in payroll processing or a related role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organization skill
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
