Job Requirement/Qualification

• Diploma holder with 5 years of experience in quality assurance / quality control in production setting could be considered.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with quality control tools and software.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibility/Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the QA/QC team to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure compliance with regulations and product quality standards.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide guidance to the production team.
• Collaborate with production, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on quality metrics, inspections, and audits.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including ISO, GMP, and other relevant guidelines.
• Manage documentation and record-keeping related to quality control activities.
