Qualification

• Bachelor/Diploma Food Science in Food Technology/Chemical engineering in food/Food Science
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, and GMP. Good reporting and documentations skills
• Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• At least 2 year of working experience

Job Description

• To assist Head of Quality Control Department to carry out and coordinate quality assurance activities
• To assure the functionality of lab equipment and accuracy of lab testing.
• To ensure the compliance of incoming raw materials, in-process and out-going products to expected quality and specifications.
• To handle activities pertaining to Quality and Food Safety Management System, i.e.: documentations, audits, etc.
• To control and manage the inventory of lab consumables, apparatus and chemicals.
• To ensure lab activities are carried out in accordance to safety requirement
• Assist in identify the root cause of customer complaint, non-conformance product and potentially unsafe product
• Assist in audit activities by regulatory bodies, certification body and customer.
• Coordinate with relevant department to prepare corrective/preventive action plan and ensure the implementation and effectiveness of the plan
• Assure the on-going compliance by reviewing company practices and changes in statutory and regulatory legislation
• Responsible for document control
• Performs other related duties assigned by the HOD from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Pasir Gudang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
