Warehouse Manager- Ulu Tiram

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, handling, and dispatch of goods.
• Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and optimal performance.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse functions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and cost control
• Oversee accurate inventory tracking using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Conduct regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and full stock audits.
• Manage stock movements, ensure proper labeling, and prevent shrinkage or loss.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory adjustments and discrepancies.
• Lead and mentor warehouse team members, including supervisors, coordinators, and clerks.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and conduct performance reviews.
• Hire, train, and develop warehouse staff with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
• Train staff on safe handling, equipment use, emergency procedures, and hazard prevention.

Job requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience using inventory management software and reporting tools.
• Certification in supply chain/warehouse management (e.g., APICS, CILT).
• Experience in tech or fast-moving industries.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
