Jawatan Kosong Clerk, Maintenance Hospitality in Kuantan

Job Summary:

Responsible for the Department's clerical and Secretarial functions.

Job Requirement:
1. SPM and above.

2. Able to work under pressure.

3. Experience in daily Maintenance operation (added advantage).

Standard Job Responsibilities:

1. Provides Secretarial support to the Maintenance Manager and performs administrative/clerical duties such as typing, filling, preparation of reports, drafting of simple memoranda.

2. Maintains the Department's filling system and to keep on file accurate records for Purchase request/Work Order and Maintenance work.

3. Assist in the operation of the Engineering store, update all store inventories and assist in obtaining quotations.

4. Preparation of purchase requisition for Engineering items and liaises with Purchasing Department on specifications and deliveries.

5. Assist to co-ordinate with suppliers/contractors.

6. Follow up on all purchase orders particularly those outstanding.

7. Submit to Chief Engineer an inventory of stock and consumption at the end of each month.

8. Processes claim and arrange for reimbursement of the Department's petty cash floats.

9. Plans and prepares duty roster for the Supervisors / Technicians.

10. Performs any other duties as directed by the Chief Engineer/Management from time to time.

Key Responsibilities/Major Tasks:

1. Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.

2. Works closely with all departments in ensuring guest’s satisfaction.

3. Exercises responsible behaviour at all times and positively representing the hotel management team.

4. Reads the hotel's Employee Handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.

5. Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.

6. Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
