Saksama Otomobil Sdn Bhd Job Vacancies Oktober 2026

Responsibilities:

• Understanding customers' concerns and requests.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers regarding services recommended relating to their vehicles.
• Follow up with customer promptly.
• Work closely with workshop to ensure that customers' vehicle are repaired and without return job.
• Able to communicate well with customers and meet monthly customer satisfactory index.
• Ensure customer's feedback is taken in accurately and work with backend team to tackle technical faults of the vehicles.
• Conducting final inspection and vehicle handover.
• Ensure customer receive prompt, courteous and effective service.
• Handle customer complaint and inquiries before/after service.
• Informed customer on the estimate cost and time of repair.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma or Degree in any field or equivalent.
• Language: English, Malay , Chinese (in advantage)
• fresh graduated welcome to apply
• willing to deal with customer
• basic + OT + incentive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
