Jawatan Kosong Boilerman in Bintulu

Job Description:

• Operate, maintain and supervises the steam boilers on a daily basis as to ensure the boiler are in good running condition all the time with no interruptions towards production lines.
• Ensure monitoring on the steam boiler pressure and safety operation
• Execute high pressure steam boiler efficiently in continuous production operation
• Ensure consistent and adequate steam supply to production by eliminating boiler breakdown
• Carry out preventive maintenance work for boilers, including perform routine cleaning, testing and recordings of boiler components for monitoring purposes
• Identify causes or faults in operations, diagnose needed repairs, test machineries and verify all corrective activities as to pass the requirement during the boiler inspection in order to ensure safe operation
• To implement documentation and safety procedures related to the operations of boiler
• Upkeep Boiler's operation data and safety aspect
• reporting day to day activities to Mill Engineer/Manager
• perform other related duties as and when required

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Candidate with working experience at Palm Oil Mill background is highly recommended

(involved in Water Tube Boiler & Steam Turbine operation)

• Knowledge of and ability to operate high pressure steam boilers within the specified pressure and horsepower rating safety is required.
• Ability to work independently, based on shift / on-call & to perform manual tasks related to the position
• Physically fit, committed and trustworthy
• Willing to work in Bintulu & to be based in Palm Oil Mill
• Full time position – 1 vacant
• Staff Quarters and other basic facilities are provided

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
