Jawatan Kosong Account cum Admin Executive in Kota Kinabalu

JOB DESCRIPTION

Progress report to Board of Directors (BOD)

Audited Accounts for Subsidiaries and Group

You shall be responsible to oversee and manage the day-to-day of Companies’ finance and account. Your responsibility:

• Manage and prepare full set of accounts including monthly reconciliation and management reports. (Profit & Loss, Budget, Cost Recovery, Billing/Collection and Cash Flow Status).
• Ensure monthly financial statement are accurately prepared on a timely basis and adhere to appropriate accounting standards.
• Preparation and monitoring cash flows and banking facilities as well as performing bank reconciliations.
• Assist in the day-to-day operations and activities in the accounts department.
• Ability to lead, coach and supervise subordinates.
• Preparation of forecast and annual budgets.
• Responsible to produce and submission of accurate analyst reports.
• To handle daily accounting functions and monthly closing activities including preparation and processing of month end journals.
• To prepare month-end reconciliation and analysis of general ledger accounts, expenses and development expenditure.
• Preparation of management accounts and financial reports.
• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as invoicing, stock, cash float and other transactions.
• Responsible for liaise with tax agent, auditor, bank officer and other authority body as necessary.
• Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
• Adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
• Responsible for any other ad-hoc reports and functions as and when assigned by management
• Perform other related duties or ad-hoc task as required and assigned by immediate superior.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, economics, a professional qualification (ACCA/ CPA/ ICAEW/ MICPA) or equivalent

Experience:

• More than 4 years of working experience in a financial managerial position.
• Knowledge & skills in computerized accounting application package
• Knowledge in handling construction accounts is advantages

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
