We’re looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Lead to oversee our Kuching plant operations, covering supply chain planning, materials, production, warehousing, and product delivery. You will lead the team in meeting production and service targets while maintaining safety, quality, food safety, and cost standards.

What you’ll do

• Manage daily operations and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet production requirements within budget.
• Monitor operational KPIs, resolve manufacturing issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Coach and develop the team to strengthen operational capabilities.
• Work with Engineering on maintenance and line improvements.
• Ensure accurate and timely SAP transactions and compliance checks.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 1 year in a managerial role within a medium- or large-scale manufacturing company.
• Experience managing manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of continuous improvement, operational cost drivers, and performance management.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Pay: RM4,001.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
