Jawatan Kosong SITE SUPERVISOR C&S in Kuala Kangsar

- Monitor architectural work and site supervision arrangement of roll-on-site works and other activities are carried out at the construction site.

- To be responsible for coordinating design issues for the projects with consultants, clients and external parties.

- Coordination of sub-contractor’s works and their resource including workers and machinery at site.

- Ensure that the completed works / products according to specification.

- Assist project Coordinator in planning of manpower and other resource to ensure maximum distribution of work and minimize disruption to work progress.

- Extensive Knowledge and Skill in Genera Builder’s Trades such as Excavation, Rebars & Formworks Installation, Concrete Placing, Brick Work, Plastering, Floor & Wall Finishes and Accurate Setting Out and Level Taking.

- Good liason, coordination, Instruction pass-down and problem solving skills.

- Supervise all site activities, monitor the work progress.

- Carry out necessary site inspections from time to time.

- Manage & Coordinate with Sub-Contractors to ensure Progress and Quality of Works.

- Receive, Monitor and Control the Use & Supply of materials to site to avoid wastages.

- Carry out joint inspection with the consultant / client’s representatives.

- Monitoring delivery of construction materials and ensure that quality/types/dimension are as per the specified requirements.

- Check daily attendance of all sub-contractor’s workers for late arrival, absent, early departure and false claim etc.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 156 weeks

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Site Supervisor: 3 years (Preferred)
