Job description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage sales operations: invoices, import/export, purchasing.
• Plan and oversee freight shipments, routing and documentation (BL, AWB, customs clearance).
• Negotiate shipping rates, arrange insurance, and prepare quotations.
• Ensure compliance with customs, insurance, and regulatory requirement.
• Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Lead and coach sales team, ensuring effective communication across departments.
• Generate new business, maintain customer relationships and provide tailored logistics solutions.
• Monitor shipment status, carrier performance, and environmental impact.
• Handle port / customs clearance, inbound quality checks and damage claims.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
