Transnational Insurance Brokers (M) Sdn Bhd Jobs September 2026

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle on routine clients’ inquiries and transactions.
• Assist Senior Executive in developing and preparing quotations, proposals and / or renewal, insurance summaries, billings, correspondences and etc.
• Follow up on outstanding broking matters including policies renewal, issuance of policies and endorsements by insurers on a timely basis.
• To ensure checking of policies and endorsements, filing of insurance documents are done timely.
• Monitor receipts from policies and prepare acknowledgments for clients.
• Review coverage specifications to be submitted to insurance companies for accuracy.
• Review premium quotes from insurers.
• Check accuracy of quotes, binders & policies.
• Ensure full compliance with Company policies, procedures and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kuching: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Work Location: In person
