Jawatan Kosong Branch Assistant in Kuantan

Exploria is seeking a versatile, proactive Branch Assistant. This role is a mix of hands-on program facilitation, site supervision, and inventory fulfillment. You will be responsible for ensuring our external school programs run smoothly, keeping our public exhibition booths running excellently, and handling logistics for our retail partners.

This is an ideal role for someone organized, independent, and energetic who enjoys both working with children and managing operational tasks.

## Key Responsibilities
1. Program Facilitation & Instruction

• Weekly School Classes: Conduct and lead Exploria’s weekly hands-on STEM/craft classes at our partner school. Ensure the activities are engaging, safe, and run exactly on schedule.
• Student Engagement: Guide students through kit assembly and activities, fostering excitement for hands-on learning.

2. Exhibition & Booth Supervision

• Library Booth Management: Regularly visit and supervise the Exploria interactive booth at the local library.
• Maintenance & Presentation: Ensure the booth is clean, interactive elements are functional, promotional materials are stocked, and the display looks highly presentable to the public.
• Reporting: Monitor engagement levels at the booth and report any maintenance needs or public feedback.

3. Inventory Fulfillment & Logistics

• Retailer Restocking: Coordinate and fulfill restock requests for our local retail partners. This includes picking stock, packing kits carefully, and arranging delivery/drop-off.
• Inventory Tracking: Keep a clear log of inventory moved from storage to retailers or activity sites to ensure stock counts remain accurate.

## Job Requirements

• Location: Based in Kuantan (must have reliable personal transport to move between the school, library, storage, and retail partners).
• Education/Experience: SPM holder, College/University student, or fresh graduate. Prior experience in tutoring, event coordination, retail, or handling children is a major plus.
• Skills: * Energetic, responsible, and capable of working independently without constant direct supervision.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Organized and careful when handling inventory counts and logistics.
• Availability: Must be able to commit to the specific weekly school schedule and flexible hours for retail/booth check-ins.

## Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Punctuality & Class Delivery: Safe, smooth, and on-time execution of the weekly school classes with positive feedback from the school.
• Booth Upkeep: The library booth remains clean, fully functional, and visually appealing upon random inspections.
• Fulfillment Accuracy: Retailer restocks are completed accurately and within the agreed-upon timeframe, with zero discrepancies in stock numbers.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
