Job Summary:
As a Purchasing Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of goods and services required by the organization. Your role involves managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Management:
• i. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.ii. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.iii. Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure advantageous agreements.iv. Resolve supplier-related issues and disputes promptly.
• Procurement Planning:
• i. Collaborate with various departments to determine their procurement needs.ii. Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the organization's goals.iii. Forecast demand to ensure timely procurement and maintain optimal inventory levels.iv. Check and track available stock level.
• Sourcing and Purchasing:
• i. Source and purchase goods and services based on established procurement procedures.ii. Obtain price quotations, analyse cost comparisons, and select the best suppliers.iii. Prepare and process purchase orders and contracts.
• Quality Control:
• i. Ensure that purchased products and services meet quality standards.ii. Collaborate with quality control and inspection teams to perform quality checks.
• Cost Management:
• i. Analyse pricing and cost data to identify cost-saving opportunities.ii. Monitor and control procurement expenses to ensure budget compliance.
• Compliance and Documentation:
• i. Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in SQL system and well as hard copy/Excel sheet.ii. Ensure compliance with legal and organizational procurement policies.iii. Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and best practices.
• Reporting:
• i. Generate procurement reports and provide insights to management.ii. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement efficiency and cost savings.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
