• Review Disposable Device History Records and sub-assemblies for completeness.
• Complete job order transactions using ERP system (Oracle)
• Perform reconciliation of labels, scrap material and perform material scrap transactions
• All old revision of controlled documents such as MI, SI, Drawing, forms and related documents shall be removed from lines, cabinet as well as working station upon receipt of new revision documents.
• Maintain filing of all master documents.
• Work with site change analyst/document controller to print out and distribute new revision documents for production.
• Maintain manufacturing databases, as well as the manual filing system for cleaning records and other quality records.
• Ensure that production reporting and production documentation for lot traceability is completed accurately and on time.
• Assist in label printing, control and reconciliation
• Support all aspects of inventory control including cycle counts, inventory adjustments and physical inventory.
• Comply with the ISO14001 Environmental Management System policy, SOP and requirements
• Continuous support to the development and implementation of program to achieve and maintain the ISO 14001 environmental management system.
