Jawatan Kosong PURCHASING JUNIOR in Port Klang

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Compare price and checking item to be order with selected shipper based on the track order order weekly.
• Checking stock inventory to prevent the jammed stock or shortage order.
• Checking arrival date of port with shipper before confirm order.
• Follow up quality issue that been advisor or complain by customer or production and report this issue to shipper.
• Follow up statement payment of overseas supplier that invoice overdue or not paid yet with shipper and account department.
• Checking email from supplier incoming document shipment that need to foward the purchasing documentation for further action.
• Maintain supplier control evaluation food safety documentation.
• Update price every month to authorized person of KPDNKK by email for up to date price.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Gender : Male / Female
• Experience : 1-3 years of relevant / similar working experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Aged : 25 years old - 35 years old.
• Minimum education at least Bachelor/ Degree majoring in marketing and others.
• Computer literacy : Must know to use MICROSOFT WORD, EXCEL, AND OTHER RELATED.
• Have own transport.
• Willing to work in Telok Gong, Port Klang.
• Need someone who has good discipline and attitude.
• The fast leaner is an advantage.
• Can work with minimum supervision.
• Can speak, read and write Bahasa and English.
• CAN START WORK ASAP
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
