Jawatan Kosong Digital Marketing Specialist in Perai

Requirements

• Candidate must posses at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Social Media Marketing, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, KOL Specialist or similar role is required for this position
• Remarkable ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines, flexible hours during peak season and meet KPIs
• Computer literate in MS Office applications.
• Proficient in both written and spoken ENGLISH and MANDARIN is a MUST . As the role requires candidate to engage with mandarin speaking customers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
• Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
• Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skill to ensure business success.
• Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation, business solution software.

Responsibility

• Well-versed in online digital advertising and social media campaign (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Youtube Ads, and etc)
• Manage and advertise the company's social media profiles, presence and campaigns, to generate higher online engagement with our brand, to support sales objectives.
• Conduct, gather and analyse, up-to-date with the latest trends, market research to determine social media opportunities and competitiveness for new and existing products.
• Collaborate, brainstorm and provide photo and video content for digital marketing, website and social media platforms. ·
• Handling the end-to-end process of the influencer marketing, starts from conduct research, identify, approaching suitable KOL/ Influencer, creating & present the brief, and reviewing their performance.
• Excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
• Work well in team and independently.
• Develop master visual concepts aligned with the internal creative brief and the campaign's objectives.
