Jawatan Kosong Account Executive in Kota Kinabalu

Job Description:

• Handle full set account and daily accounting functions of a Property Developer/Construction company such as general ledgers, cash book, account payable, account receivable and bank reconciliations.
• Handle payment arrangements, updating cash book and expenses report for management review.
• To monitor bank balance and fund placement
• To compile, check, and ensure all the invoices and claims are completely verified and certified by authorized personnel at site/management office.
• To monitor timely collection and payments.
• Check and update all the cost and site expenses by project.
• To prepare management account, bank reconciliation, budget cashflow, debtor and creditor reconciliation on monthly basis.
• To prepare, update & manage fixed assets listing.
• To prepare and submit annual company tax estimation and other tax-related matters.
• To prepare monthly payroll & ensure timely submission of statutory payments eg: EPF, Socso, Eis and Income Tax to relevant government departments.
• To prepare Form EA for employees and annual submission of Form E to LHDN.
• To handle and liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agents, and company secretary on company audit and company statutory-related matters.
• Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filling to support accounting entries.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
• Performs ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Account or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel.
• Preferably min. 3 Years of working experience in Accounting field, preferably in the Property Development/Construction Industry.
• Knowledge of using Accounting software systems i.e. SQL & MHW systems is an advantage.
• Willing to learn, hardworking with a positive attitude and responsibility.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
