Jawatan Kosong Executive, Manpower Coordinator in Kemaman

Job Purpose:

The Manpower Coordinator is responsible for the effective planning, scheduling, and coordination of manpower resources for offshore crane maintenance projects. This role ensures that all projects are adequately staffed with qualified personnel, while adhering to client requirements, safety standards, and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manpower Planning and Allocation:

- Coordinate with the Project Engineer and Service Operation Manager to understand project manpower needs.

- Develop and maintain manpower schedules to ensure that all offshore crane maintenance activities are adequately staffed.

- Manage the allocation and mobilization of crane technicians and other relevant personnel for offshore assignments.

2. Recruitment and Staffing:

- Collaborate with the HR Executive to recruit, interview, and onboard new personnel as required.

- Ensure that all personnel are properly certified and trained according to industry standards and client requirements.

- Maintain an up-to-date database of available manpower and their qualifications.

3. Compliance and Documentation:

- Ensure all personnel have the necessary offshore safety training and medical certifications.

- Maintain accurate records of personnel certifications, training, and mobilization details.

- Coordinate with the Safety Officer to ensure that all personnel comply with safety regulations and procedures.

4. Communication and Coordination:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for offshore personnel regarding scheduling, assignments, and deployment.

- Liaise with the Workshop & Logistic Executive to arrange transportation and accommodation for offshore staff.

- Provide regular updates to the Service Operation Manager on manpower status and any issues that may arise.

5. Performance Monitoring:

- Monitor the performance and attendance of offshore personnel.

- Address any manpower-related issues that arise during offshore operations, including conflicts, absenteeism, and underperformance.

- Conduct regular evaluations of manpower efficiency and recommend improvements as necessary.

6. Client Liaison:

- Work closely with the Service Operation Manager to ensure client satisfaction regarding manpower deployment and performance.

- Address any client concerns or feedback related to manpower promptly and professionally.

Minimum Qualification:

1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in manpower coordination, preferably in the offshore or oil and gas industry.

3. Strong understanding of offshore crane maintenance operations is a plus.

4. Knowledge of offshore safety standards and regulations.

5. Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Experience and Skill Requirements:

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills. (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel & Word) and manpower management software.

2. Great attention to detail and accuracy, diligent, and possess a high level of EQ/integrity.

3. Able to multi-task with time-management skills to prioritize work tasks and be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

4. Ability to work independently or in a team. Able to work under pressure and independently.

5. Experienced in expediting role reporting directly to immediate supervisor.

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Willing to travel.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
