Jawatan Kosong Senior Buyer/ Buyer in Batu Kawan

Job Responsibilities:

• Process day-to-day sourcing and purchasing activities.
• Source, evaluate, and develop suppliers for materials, equipment, and services.
• Review material requirements and prepare reports on materials that need to be pulled in.
• Monitor inventory and stock levels and arrange timely replenishment.
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, good quality, material availability, and suitable delivery schedules.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure materials are delivered according to the production schedule.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers for material pull-in.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials and products.
• Communicate with the Warehouse team regarding incoming materials and supplier deliveries.
• Coordinate with the Finance Department regarding supplier invoices and payment matters.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, including supplier quotations, POs, delivery documents, and invoices.
• Monitor and collect supplier performance data and escalate supplier-related issues in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Job Requirement:

-Diploma/Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

-Previous experience in purchasing/procurement is preferred.

-Required language: Mandarin, English, Malay. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

-Able to work independently

-Proficient in various office software, such as Excel, Word

-Good negotiation and communication skills.

-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
