Jawatan Kosong Sales Admin in Masai

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

• Compile, analyze and distribute monthly sales reports to the sales team.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on sales performance data.

Presentation and Proposal Support:

• Facilitate the preparation of presentation and proposal documents for client meetings and pitches.
• Ensure materials are organized and tailored to meet client needs.

Sales Meeting and Conferences:

• Organize and coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling, logistics and materials preparation.

Fair/ expo Coordination:

• Act as a liaison between the fair leader, other related departments and organizers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Administrative Support:

• Assist the fair/ expo team with various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry and managing documents.
• Coordinate the ordering of sales suppliers and equipment servicing as needed.

Ad Hoc Duties:

• Perform any ad hoc duties or special projects as assigned or required by the supervisor.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Qualification: Diploma or relevant working experience.
• Able to work outstation/ business travelling during weekend.
• Good in Excel to combine and consolidate files.
• Good communication and writings in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu.
• Organized, independent, strong in time management & problem solving.
• Must be reliable, have an unbeat attitude and high self-initiative to work.

• 有组织、独立、善于时间管理和解决问题。
• 必须可靠，有不败的态度和高度的工作主动性。

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Masai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales Admin: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin (Preferred)
