TUGASAN:

• Membantu keseluruhan operasi pejabat harian
• Mengendalikan sistem gaji (payroll)
• Menyediakan kerja-kerja pentadbiran seperti dokumentasi (filing), penyediaan dokumen, pengurusan aset syarikat, serta kelengkapan pejabat dan barang projek
• Bertanggungjawab terhadap operasi harian pos di bawah seliaan
• Mengurus pengambilan pekerja baharu (pengawal keselamatan & pekerja pembersihan) termasuk memastikan borang permohonan lengkap beserta dokumen sokongan
• Menyediakan laporan operasi bulanan
• Melaksanakan kerja-kerja tender (e-procurement & manual)
• Menyediakan surat-menyurat rasmi syarikat
• Melakukan lawatan tapak
• Mengurus sekurang-kurangnya 3 projek sedia ada serta membantu projek baharu jika diperlukan

KELAYAKAN:

• Lelaki atau perempuan
• Berumur antara 18 – 32 tahun
• Mempunyai lesen memandu kereta atau motosikal
• Mempunyai kenderaan sendiri untuk pergerakan
• Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang baik
• Boleh bekerja di luar kawasan (jika diperlukan)
• Mahir menggunakan komputer

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
