About Us:
DOM EEB Joint Venture International Sdn Bhd is a joint venture company working on the Kuching Urban Transportation System for System Package 2. As we embark on our latest ambitious project, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the project to successful completion.

The Role:
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our railway construction project, with a specific focus on Telecommunication (COMMS), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Automatic Fare Collection (AFC), Operations Control Center (OCC), Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and Information Technology System (ITS). This role demands a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and project management prowess to ensure the seamless integration and implementation of these critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the project, which includes systems interfacing aspects of the railway construction project.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and systems are interfacing according to specifications.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources to achieve project objectives.
• Oversee the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of COMMS, SCADA, AFC, OCC, CMMS, and ITS systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 10 years) as a Project Manager in railway construction projects, with specific expertise in any of the following: Telecommunication, SCADA, AFC, OCC, CMMS, and ITS systems.
• Strong understanding of railway construction and system packages.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Willingness to work in Kuching, Sarawak.
