Job Responsibilities

• Handle billing, accounts receivable & payable, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting to support company objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers and billing.
• Maintain proper filing of all financial and administration records and documentation.
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in accounting is an advantage
• Organized and able to multi-task.
