Jawatan Kosong Warehouse Supervisor Kota Kinabalu in Kota Kinabalu

Designation : Operations Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of operations in TF and Shipment.
• Manage operation of storage tank, shipment import/export, dispatch/receiving palm oil.
• To manage tank farm arrangement.
• To monitor planning for operation on daily basis.
• To closely monitor quantity and quality of incoming, outgoing and production oil in order to meet and confirms to customer's requirement.
• Enhance the departments operational activities :

- Daily reporting of receiving quantity, daily storage quantity, production quantity.
- Ensure the storage planning in well maintained accordance to shipment and incoming planning.
- Monthly Stock Report.
- Shipment report: Shore tank calculation report.

• Quality Management System.

- Ensure an efficient and accurate measurement for all TF equipment.
- Ensure QMS documents are being managed and controlled in manner and up to date

• Cost Savings.

Ensure company properties are being well taken care and no wastage.

• Safety.

- Ensure all lab staffs trained and aware of safety guideline
- Ensure all staffs to wear PPE
-Ensure cleanliness of TF/PH maintained

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Chemical Engineering/Process Engineering or Related Field.
• At least 1-2 year of experience in operations manufacturing, palm oil is added advantage.
• Able to work under pressure and manage tasks.
• Strong coordination, multitasking, and attention to detail.
