Fortis Star Sdn Bhd Recruitment September 2026

• Coordinate with customers on ordering of concrete
• Dispatch concrete to various job sites
• Maintains / updates daily production order records
• Receive and ensure accurate pumping of various cement, admixtures and diesel at the batching plant
• Cooperation in supporting neighboring batching plants' orders
• Operate computer, batching panel, perform slump / cube making
• Paperwork such as reports, GRN, DO checking
• Feedback to plant supervisor on any operation matter
• Conduct stock measuring
• To communicate well with subcon, drivers and foreigner workers
• To understand and operates the batching system
• Handles any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Familiar to site condition, knowledge of different grades of concrete commonly used
• Oral and written communication skills
• Able to perform shift work
• Secondary education level or equivalent
• Possess valid driving licence
• Candidates from East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) and Northeast of Peninsular Malaysia will be provided with lodging & transportation benefits for first 3 months
