Jawatan Kosong Internship 3 – 6 months - Open to any roles in Simpang Ampat

This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of office administration or fast-paced operations environment. Interns will have the chance to be assigned to departments of interest from options including HR, Purchasing, Production, Assembly, Planning, Maintenance, Welding (Kimpalan) and more (depending on the course of study). Job Description:

Engineering Related Course

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.
• Support the production team in daily operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical problems.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining office files, records, and databases.
• Provide suggestions to relevant departments for improvement.

Non-Engineering Related Course

• Support administrative staff with projects and tasks as needed.
• Assist in coordinating office events and activities.
• Assist in general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
• Liaise with internal parties from different departments to track task progress.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining office files, records, and databases.
• Provide suggestions to relevant departments for improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering / Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proactively and self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
